Who is responsible

Oscar Fonsati is the controller responsible for the Aftermath founding waitlist.

What is collected

The waitlist stores the email address you submit, the submission time, consent version, founding cohort status and whether the address has later unsubscribed. It does not store precise location, app activity, an IP address or a browser fingerprint.

Why it is used

Your email is used only to manage beta access, send Aftermath launch updates and preserve eligibility for the stated founding-member launch rewards. The legal basis is your consent when you submit the waitlist form.

Storage and processors

The landing page is delivered through Cloudflare and waitlist records are stored in Supabase. Email addresses are not sold and are not exposed through the public website.

Retention and your choices

A waitlist record is kept until you withdraw, the waitlist is closed, or it is no longer needed for the launch. You may withdraw at any time through the contact address below.

Your rights

You may ask for access, correction or deletion of your record, withdraw consent, or lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Withdrawing does not affect processing already performed before withdrawal.
